What we collect, and why.

This notice covers MeetVayda.com and introduction requests. It is short because we collect very little. Last updated 11 September 2026.

Who operates this site

Vayda operates MeetVayda.com. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to privacy@meetvayda.com.

What we collect when you get in touch

• Your email address, which is the only thing needed to begin.
• When you signed up and confirmed, and the version of the wording you agreed to.
• The page you started from and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, those tags.
• If you arrived through an introduction link, which family introduced you. Introduction links carry a code, not your details.
• Optionally, after you confirm: a few words about what you would hand over first, and a mobile number. You can skip both.

We do not ask for children’s names, schools, birth dates, or access to any family accounts.

How we use it

To confirm your email and to get in touch with you personally. A mobile number, when given, is used to reach you about your introduction and for nothing else. We also send occasional Vayda emails, which you can stop at any time. We do not sell or share what you tell us.

Providers we rely on

• Google Cloud hosts the site and stores requests.
• A transactional email provider delivers confirmation and Vayda emails on our behalf.
• A messaging provider will deliver texts on our behalf once texting is enabled.

Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

• Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.
• Confirmed requests are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Confirmation links expire after 24 hours and can be used once.

Your choices

Every Vayda email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it before any further send. You can also email us to withdraw your request, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.

What we keep out of analytics

Email addresses, your answers, phone numbers and confirmation tokens never go into analytics, campaign links, logs, or session recordings. We record page views and whether a request was made, not who made it.
